Return policy
We value our customers and strive to keep you satisfied. To make the experience with Print-a-porter Digital Platform enjoyable for each of you, we prepared following recommendations:
- If color shades do not match your expectations, it does not give reason for returning the products. To make reality meet expectations, read the information on Fabrics page.
- To see if our printing suits you, order any print on a 0.5 m or more piece of the fabric you are interested in, or samples with printing examples.
- Shades of the color palette and the saturation of the print may vary slightly on different fabrics printed at different times. To avoid this, you can immediately place an order for the quantity you need: we are ready to print up to 30 linear meters of fabric and more within one order.
- If you get a defective fabric, we will exchange your order for a similar one or refund your money. Returns can be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Pursuant to the Decree of the Government of Russia No.5 dated 19.01.1998, we do not accept returns of fabrics that have been cut, stained or otherwise used.
In accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 19.01.1998 No. 5 (as amended on 04.10.2012) “On approval of the Rules for the sale of certain types of goods, a list of durable goods that are not subject to the buyer’s requirement to provide similar goods free of charge for the period of repair or replacement, and a list of proper quality non-food products that are not subject to return or exchange for a similar product of a different size, shape, dimensions, style, color or configuration” (as amended and supplemented, effective from 01.01.2013) in accordance with paragraph 4:
"Textile goods (cotton, linen, silk, woolen and synthetic fabrics, goods made from non-woven materials such as ribbons, braid, lace and others); cable items (wires, cords, cables); building and finishing materials (linoleum, film, carpets and others) and other goods of proper quality sold per meter cannot be returned or exchanged for similar goods of other sizes, shapes, dimensions, styles, colors or configurations."
How do I return a defective item or items received in error/extra items?
If you received an order with a defective fabric or an incorrect print, or if you were sent products that you did not order, we will return the money or reprint your order again, after you return the fabric.
You may return the order within 7 days from the date of receipt. A return decision will be made as soon as we receive the defective/erroneous order from you.

- Indicate in your letter: your full name, phone number, order number, photographs of the packaging and the defective product, reason for the return and a detailed description of the defect.
- As soon as we receive the returned defective item, we will refund the order amount and shipping charges within 10 business days.
